Evaluation of Site 26CK3905, Range 62, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada
1989Site 26Ck3905 is a series of small lithic scatters that cover an area of approximately 720 acres on the west side of the dry bed of Dog Bone Lake . It is bounded on the east by the Dog Bone Lake playa and on the west by the Pintwater Range. It lies on an alluvial fan containing numerous chert and quartzite cobbles .

The Wellington Canyon Ethnographic Study at Pintwater Range Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada
2000This is the first report prepared by the University of Arizona (UofA) ethnographic team for the Native American Interaction Program (NAIP) of Nellis Air Force Base (NAFB). This study, and all future ones facilitated by the UofA, involve working with a committee of Native American advisors appointed by the representatives of the NAIP.

The Area II Quarry (26Ck4984) Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada
2002Site 26Ck4984 is a prehistoric chert quarry located in Area II on Nellis Air Force Base. A detailed core analysis and debitage study, including core type, flake type, and comparisons of core facet to flake measurements was performed in order to determine if the site had been utilized by local people or by people traveling long distances.
