Naturally‐occurring nematicides of plant origin: two decades of novel chemistries
A review of structure–activity correlations for 262 plant‐derived nematicidal compounds for controlling plant parasitic nematodes is presented. Chemical structures, sources, and isolation procedures are summarized based on the major chemical groups. Abstract Plant‐parasitic nematodes are among the most destructive plant pathogens, resulting in a global

Expansion of Adhesion Genes Drives Pathogenic Adaptation of Nematode-Trapping Fungi
Summary: Understanding how fungi interact with other organisms has significant medical, environmental, and agricultural implications. Nematode-trapping fungi (NTF) can switch to pathogens by producing various trapping devices to capture nematodes.

Is the local environment more important than within‐host interactions in determining coinfection?
Coinfection dynamics in many systems are affected by within‐host interactions, via either direct or indirect mechanisms. Our study shows that this is not always the case, as we highlight a role of the local environment in determining coinfection in multiple host species.

Abstract Gastrointestinal helminth parasites undergo part of their life cycle outside their host, such that developmental stages interact with the soil and dung fauna. These interactions are capable of affecting parasite transmission on pastures yet are generally ignored in current models, empirical studies and practical management. Dominant methods of
