RNA-Seq Analysis of Mouse Hepatocytes AML12 Exposed to Neodymium Nitrate [PDF]

open access: yesToxics
Objective: Neodymium nitrate (Nd(NO3)3) is widely used globally, raising concerns about its occupational and environmental safety. It enters the human body via the digestive system, accumulates in organs, and causes toxicity, including potential ...

Sorption of Neodymium from Nitrate Solutions by Humic Acids-Based Sorbent

open access: yesEurasian Chemico-Technological Journal, 2022
This work obtained a sorbent based on humic acids (HA) isolated from oxidized brown coals of the Maikuben deposit. The study of humic acids by IR spectroscopy showed the presence of various functional groups (OH-, COOH-) in the sorbent, which can enter

CircRNA_1156 Attenuates Neodymium Nitrate-Induced Hepatocyte Ferroptosis by Inhibiting the ACSL4/PKCβII Signaling Pathway [PDF]

open access: yesAntioxidants
Ferroptosis, a form of regulated cell death driven by lipid peroxidation, has been implicated in the pathogenesis of liver diseases. This study investigates the role of circRNA_1156 in neodymium nitrate (Nd(NO3)3)-induced hepatocyte ferroptosis.

Luminescent Properties of Phosphonate Ester-Supported Neodymium(III) Nitrate and Chloride Complexes

open access: yesMolecules, 2022
This study examines the synthesis of two geminal bisphosphonate ester-supported Ln3+ complexes [Ln(L3)2(NO3)3] (Ln = Nd3+ (5), La3+ (6)) and optical properties of the neodymium(III) complex.

Chemical carcinogenicity of neodymium nitrate in AML12 hepatocytes: Dose-response metabolomics and sensitive biomarker identification

open access: yesEcotoxicology and Environmental Safety
This study aims to investigate the chemical carcinogenic toxicity of neodymium nitrate (Nd(NO3)3) in mouse hepatocytes AML12 using dose-response metabolomics. Specifically, our objectives are to: Identify key metabolites that respond to Nd(NO3)3 exposure.

Neodymium Nitrate Improves the Germination of Aged Wheat Seeds by Increasing Soluble Substances and Activating Antioxidative and Metabolic Enzymes in Seeds

open access: yesAgronomy, 2023
Seeds stored for a prolonged period are subject to aging and a reduction in germination potential (GP), which will negatively affect seed sales. Rare-earth elements have a synergistic effect on the improvement of seed GP.

Bis(4-aminobenzenesulfonato)triaquabis(1,10-phenanthroline)neodymium(III) nitrate tetrahydrate [PDF]

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section E, 2010
The title complex, [Nd(C6H6NO3S)2(C12H8N2)2(H2O)3]NO3·4H2O, comprises a mononuclear cation, an NO3− anion and two uncoordinated water molecules; the NdIII cation, one coordinated water molecule, and the NO3− anion each lie on

Structure of the Complex of Neodymium Nitrate with Pentaethylene Glycol [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan, 1981
Abstract Crystals of the complex, Nd(NO3)3–HO-(CH2CH2O)5H, are monoclinic. The Nd atom is coordinated by ten oxygen atoms, four from two bidentate nitrate ions and six from a pentaethylene glycol. The pentaethylene glycol forms a ring-like structure similar to that of crown compounds.

X-RAY CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF NEODYMIUM NITRATE COMPLEX WITH TETRAETHYLENE GLYCOL [PDF]

open access: yesChemistry Letters, 1981
Abstract Neodymium atom is decacoordinated with oxygen atoms in the title complex, where tetraethylene glycol acts as a pentadentate ligand, forming a ring-like structure together with a unidentate nitrate. Two bidentate nitrates coordinate to neodymium atom from above and below the plane formed by tetraethylene glycol.
