BRD9 inhibition as potential treatment option for testicular germ cell tumors
Abstract Background Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) are the predominant tumor in younger males. Usually, 5‐year survival rates are quite high, but 15–20% of patients with metastatic non‐seminomas are resistant to standard cisplatin‐based therapy.

ABSTRACT Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) are the leading malignancy in adolescent and young adult males, yet the immunological and cellular mechanisms governing their tumor microenvironment (TME) remain poorly understood. Here, we present a comprehensive review of TGCT pathobiology with a focus on the immune landscape, particularly the role of tumor‐

ABSTRACT Background Familial clustering of testicular germ cell tumour (TGCT) is well‐established, whereas the risk of non‐testicular cancer among relatives remains inconsistent across studies. ABSTRACT Background The tight junction protein CLDN6 has been identified as a cancer‐associated cell surface marker that is rarely expressed in healthy tissues. In testicular germ cell tumors (GCT), CLDN6 is particularly detectable in seminomas, embryonal carcinomas, and choriocarcinomas.

Abstract Background and Purpose Guanylate cyclase‐C (GC‐C) is the receptor for endogenous (uro)guanylin peptides, bacterial toxins and pharmacological analogues. Receptor activation leads to intestinal fluid loss, but also activates an antiproliferative pathway and is a promising target in colorectal cancer therapy.

Targeting KRAS for cancer therapy
In recent years, therapeutics targeted against KRAS proto‐oncogene GTPase (KRAS)‐mutant cancers have seen significant progress. Herein we outline the biology and epidemiology of KRAS alterations at the lineage and allele levels, reviewing the clinical evidence for KRASG12C inhibition from the discovery of the recessive switch pocket to sotorasib ...
