Combined goblet cell carcinoid and mucinous cystadenoma of the vermiform appendix.

open access: yes, 2009
Goblet cell carcinoid is an uncommon primary tumor of the vermiform appendix, characterized by dual endocrine and glandular differentiation. Whether goblet cell carcinoid represents a morphological variant of appendiceal classical carcinoid or a mucin ...

An Injectable ROS‐Responsive Nanozyme Hydrogel Regulates the Uterine Microenvironment to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The injectable CeTA@GPP hydrogel is administered via intrauterine injection, forming a protective barrier. In the high ROS inflammatory microenvironment of injured endometrium, boronate ester cleavage triggers responsive CeTA release and local enrichment.

Adenocarcinoma of the Uterine Cervix Detected Over Long-Term Mass Screening in Japan [PDF]

open access: yes
We retrospectively reviewed the history, records of detailed examination and/or treatment, and cytologic/histologic specimens of 32 adenocarcinoma cases (0.006%) detected among 482,451 examinees in a mass screening for cervical cancer conducted over a 20-

Discovery and Optimization of AMT‐676, a CDH17‐Targeting ADC for the Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancers

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
AMT‐676 is a novel antibody‐drug conjugate targeting CDH17, an adhesion molecule uniquely exposed on gastrointestinal tumor surfaces. Engineered with an optimized exatecan payload, it demonstrates profound tumor regression and a robust bystander effect across diverse preclinical models.

Dual‐Target Nectin‐4/FAP Heterobivalent Probe 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1 for Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer: Preclinical Theranostic Evaluation and First‐in‐Human Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel hetero‐bivalent agent, 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1, concurrently targets Nectin‐4 and FAP in triple‐negative breast cancer. It yields significant preclinical tumor regression and clinically identifies additional metastatic lesions missed by 18F‐FDG PET, demonstrating promising theranostic potential for personalized management.

Redefining the Role of Splenectomy in Scirrhous Gastric Cancer: Toward a Selective Multimodal Strategy

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Scirrhous gastric cancer, characterized by diffuse infiltration and a high propensity for peritoneal dissemination, remains one of the most aggressive subtypes of gastric cancer. Despite a relatively high incidence of splenic hilar lymph node (No. 10) metastasis, the oncologic benefit of splenectomy remains controversial, while its association

Composition‐Aware Cross‐Sectional Integration for Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Multi‐section spatial transcriptomics demands coherent cell‐type deconvolution, domain detection, and batch correction, yet existing pipelines treat these tasks separately. FUSION unifies them within a composition‐aware latent framework, modeling reads as cell‐type–specific topics and clustering in embedding space.

Transcriptional evidence of neuroendocrine cell plasticity beyond histological boundaries in lung neuroendocrine neoplasms: an in-silico analysis suggesting a progression model

open access: yesJournal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research
Little is known as to whether there may be a patogenetic continuum among subsets of lung neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs), including both neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs).

Bronchoscopy Robot with Enhanced Flexibility and Stability via Multi‐Segment Variable Stiffness Catheter

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
This work presents a magnetic bronchoscopy robot with a novel multi‐segment variable stiffness catheter. This catheter can not only move flexibly in the narrow bronchi but also harden according to the need to provide support. Combined with remote wireless magnetic field drive, it provides a more precise and effective solution for biopsy of deep lung ...
