[Advances of Ukrainian scientists in research on nerve tissue proteins].
Ukrainskii biokhimicheskii zhurnal (1978), 1983The paper deals with the analysis and assessment of basic results concerning investigations of nervous tissue proteins and their metabolism. The studies have been made in research institutions of the Ukrainian SSR for 60 years (1922-1982) and are of importance for comprehending the role of these proteins in the structural and biochemical organization ...

[Effect of ATP on protein synthesis in cultured nerve tissue of the edible snail].
Tsitologiia, 1979External ATP in concentrations of 10(-6)--10(-3) M is shown to stimulate the label incorporation from intracellular labeled pool of 14C-leucine into proteins of mollusc nervous tissue. The maximum effect (by 45% higher than in control) is observed at the 10(-5) ATP concentration.

[Protein S-100 in spontaneous soft tissue and peripheral nerve neoplasms in rats].
Voprosy onkologii, 199016 spontaneous tumors of the peripheral nerves and 18 spontaneous tumors of mesenchymal origin in BDVI rats were studied by peroxidase-antiperoxidase method using anti-serum (DAKOPATT) against protein S-100. The majority of spontaneous peripheral nerve tumors were of cystic histological structure identical to that of cystic neurinomas induced in rats ...
