Simulations of nested wire arrays Z-pinch implosion
: Implosion of multiwire nested arrays is simulated in a series of numerical experiments with 3D models carried out by means of RMHD code MARPLE-3D (Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics).

Cramér–Rao bound analysis of nested arrays under impulsive noise with coarrays and FLOSs
International audienceNested arrays are extensively employed in array signal processing to augment the degrees of freedom and enhance estimation precision, and the Cramér–Rao Bound (CRB) for nested arrays in a Gaussian noise environment has been ...

Asymmetric Nested Lattice Samples
We propose an approach for constructing a new class of space-filling designs, called asymmetric nested lattice samples. As a stepping stone to the proposed approach, we introduce two methods for generating asymmetric nested orthogonal arrays.

Objective Our goal was to examine whether pre‐diagnostic plasma carotenoids and tocopherols are associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Methods A nested case–control study within 4 United States cohorts, where 154 participants with pre‐diagnostic blood‐draw, were diagnosed during follow‐up with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Controls

PbAT: A user‐friendly R/Shiny platform for data‐driven decision support in crop improvement
Abstract Premise Modern plant breeding requires robust analysis of complex, multi‐environment datasets to identify superior genotypes. Although R offers powerful statistical packages, their use often requires programming expertise. Existing graphical user interface (GUI)‐based tools are either limited in scope or not openly accessible, leaving breeders

Moiré Folded Helical States at the Interfaces of Heterostructures
This manuscript explores a minimal ladder model of a graphene‐topological‐insulator heterostructure where moiré superlattices modulate Rashba spin‐orbit coupling. The study reveals that SOC lifs spin degeneracy, halves spectral periodicity, and induces “helicity fragmentation” across moiré minibands.

A new musculoskeletal reconstruction and revision of the cranio‐mandibular anatomy of the Devonian arthrodire placoderm Dunkleosteus terrelli from a comparative and functional anatomical perspective. Dunkleosteus is a specialized arthrodire with many specializations for feeding on large vertebrates, and many of its features are part of broader ...

Skeletal pathologies in extant crocodilians as a window into the paleopathology of fossil archosaurs
Abstract Crocodilians, together with birds, are the only extant relatives to many extinct archosaur groups, making them highly important for interpreting paleopathological conditions in a phylogenetic disease bracketing model. Despite this, comprehensive data on osteopathologies in crocodilians remain scarce.

Mutual coupling severely impact Direction of Arrival (DOA) estimation, and the existence of mutual coupling can lead to significant errors in the received signal model of the array. Using algorithms to reduce it is an effective approach.

Abstract The Upper Cretaceous São José do Rio Preto Formation (Bauru Group, southeastern Brazil) has yielded a fragmentary but taxonomically diverse record of titanosaur sauropods, although elements from cervical series remain scarce. Here, we describe a nearly complete sauropod axis from the Vila Ventura Paleontological Area, representing an uncommon ...
