Adaptable Covalent Organic Framework‐Hydrogel Microneedles for Glucose‐Responsive Isoliquiritigenin Delivery in Diabetic Wound Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
We develop a covalent organic framework‐loaded Traditional Chinese Medicine monomer nanodrug delivery system (ISL@bCOF) via boron‐oxygen bonds, a smart response to glucose for delivering AI‐driven isoliquiritigenin (ISL) targeting ZBP1. This dynamic release mechanism, combined with transdermal delivery technology via potent microneedles, can modulate ...

Performance analysis for coded cooperative multiple-relay in distributed turbo channels

open access: yes, 2011
Diversity is an effective technique to enhance link quality and increasing network capacity. In this paper, we propose a generalized distributed turbo codes (DTC)-based coded cooperation protocol for two-hop relay networks with an arbitrary number of ...

Performance Analysis of Coded Cooperation Diversity in Wireless Networks [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Diversity is an effective technique in enhancing the link quality and increasing network capacity. When multiple antennas can not be used in mobile units, user cooperation can be employed to provide transmit diversity.

Superposition network coding for wireless cooperative communication

open access: yes6th International Symposium on Telecommunications (IST), 2012
Spatial diversity can be exploited by the use of cooperative communication technology. However, most of the well known cooperative protocols have some practical challenges. In this paper we introduce two disadvantages of several important cooperative diversity protocols including low spectral efficiency and requirement for perfect time and frequency ...

Water Permeates and Plasticizes Amorphous Carbon Dots: Unraveling the Inner Accessibility of the Nanoparticles by Glass Transition Studies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The water permeability of amorphous carbon dots (CDs) is demonstrated by investigating their plasticization. Novel polyamide‐based and amorphous nanoparticles are synthesized by controlling their inner packing density. Water plasticization is evidenced by the decrease of the CDs glass transition temperature with increasing the hydration degree.

On Relay Assignment in Network-Coded Cooperative Systems

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, 2011
We consider in this paper relay assignment for cooperative systems with multiple two-way relay channels. The nodes corresponding to one two-way relay channel (henceforth referred to as pair) communicate with each other through a relay. The relays use network coding to simultaneously transmit the signals corresponding to the pairs they are assigned to ...

Inverse Design of Amorphous Materials With Targeted Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
AMDEN is a diffusion model framework for the inverse design of amorphous materials with targeted properties. By incorporating Hamiltonian Monte Carlo refinement into the denoising process, the framework overcomes the challenge of generating thermally relaxed disordered structures.

Generalized Adaptive Network Coding Aided Successive Relaying Based Noncoherent Cooperation

open access: yes, 2013
A generalized adaptive network coding (GANC) scheme is conceived for a multi-user, multi-relay scenario, where the multiple users transmit independent information streams to a common destination with the aid of multiple relays.
