TCP/AWM network congestion algorithm with funnel control and arbitrary setting time
Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2020In this paper, TCP/AWM network congestion control problem is investigated. First, a new funnel boundary (FB) is proposed. And then, in the framework of backstepping, a new control technique is given by virtue of free-will arbitrary time stability and the

Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Wireless Technologies for Humanitarian Relief, 2011
The increase in usage of smart phones and extension of wireless technology to non-human interactions (e.g., Machine to machine communications) has made avoidance and recovery from congestion a priority, both for network operators and network vendors. With the advent of 4G, which provides higher data rate and new age applications like video, user plane ...

ROBUST Congestion Control in Networks with Multiple Congested Nodes
2006 14th Mediterranean Conference on Control and Automation, 2006In this paper, an analytical method for a design of a congestion control scheme in packet switching network is presented. This scheme is particularly suitable for implementation in ATM Switch Systems, for the support of the available bit rate (ABR) service in ATM networks.

Network-assisted congestion control
2001 International Conferences on Info-Tech and Info-Net. Proceedings (Cat. No.01EX479), 2002The research on end-to-end congestion control scheme has been developed widely. But the end-to-end adaptation scheme naturally has some limitations, such as the probing problem and fairness problem. In order to solve these problems, the assistance of network is necessary.

Congestion control in multi-hop wireless networks
2005 Second Annual IEEE Communications Society Conference on Sensor and Ad Hoc Communications and Networks, 2005. IEEE SECON 2005., 2005In this paper, we present a novel Explicit Wireless Congestion Control Protocol (EWCCP) for stationary multihop wireless networks. By exploiting explicit coordination and multi-bit explicit feedback from routers, EWCCP gains fine-grain control and is robust to the dynamics of the wireless channel.

Congestion control in intelligent network
1998 IEEE International Performance, Computing and Communications Conference. Proceedings (Cat. No.98CH36191), 2002In the intelligent network (IN) service control points (SCPs) working as central servers carry out service requests coming from service switching points (SSPs). This paper develops an effective SCP overload control method and evaluates its characteristics.
