This paper proposes a hierarchical reconfigurable metasurface architecture (HRMA) to achieve comprehensive electromagnetic parameter modulation and on‐demand polymorphic function switching. The reconfigurable metasurface is divided into a programmable core (PC) and scenario‐guided functional modules (FMs), exhibiting significant flexibility and ...

Reconfigurable mobile communication networks.
Telecommunication technologies and networks are constantly changing; with the introduction of the GSM system the shift from wired to wireless telephony experienced a unique boom. Since then, behaviour and communication needs of users (i.e. subscribers) have undergone rapid changes from initially the need for pure wireless voice transmission to now data

Bio‐templated Piezoresistive Yarn for High Sensitivity Movement Monitoring Textiles
This study developed a conductive coating by biotemplating silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) onto a Potato virus A (PV) particle network, cross‐linked on co‐polyamide‐starch (CoPA‐SS) coils. The combination of CoPA‐SS's shape memory and PV‐AgNP's piezoresistivity achieved high strain sensitivity and minimal hysteresis.

In this work, a bioinspired all‐in‐one underwater quality evaluation metamaterial, combining sound attenuation, diffuse reflection, and mechanical robustness, is proposed based on jumping spider locomotion and human skeletal biomechanics. Meanwhile, a CNN‑driven quality evaluation framework is established for theoretically dimension‐reduced ...

Solid‐Like yet Reconfigurable 3D‐Printed Liquid Tubular Wires From Nonconductive Molecules
This work shatters the current reliance of liquid electronics on intrinsically conductive materials by introducing a novel interfacial redox strategy that transforms non‐conductive molecules into high‐performance, 3D liquid tubular wires with solid‐like electrical properties and exceptional reconfigurability. It opens a vast design space for all‐liquid
