Chemical characterization of an encapsulated red wine powder and its effects on neuronal cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Red wine polyphenols are known for their implications for human health protection, although they suffer from high instability. For this reason, a red wine powder was prepared by freeze-drying encapsulation in maltodextrin/arabic gum matrix, and its ...

AI‐Driven Acceleration of Fluorescence Probe Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present PROBY, an AI model trained on large‐scale datasets to predict key photophysical properties and accelerate the discovery of target‐specific fluorescent probes. By screening a target‐annotated library, PROBY identifies candidate probes for diverse targets and could guide probe optimization, enabling a range of in vitro and in vivo imaging ...

Neuroblastoma pada Anak Usia 7 Tahun Laporan Kasus

open access: yesSari Pediatri, 2016

TP53BP2 Promotes Placental Autophagy and Preeclampsia via G9a and DNMT1 Cooperatively Modulating E2F1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
G9a, and DNA Methyltransferase1 (DNMT1) cooperatively modulates E2F1 on the promoter of tumor suppressor p53‐binding protein 2 (TP53BP2) increased autophagy in preeclampsia. TP53BP2 promotes autophagy in trophoblasts through DNA methylation and H3K9me2‐mediated transcriptional regulation.

Activated β-catenin Forces N2A Cell-derived Neurons Back to Tumor-like Neuroblasts and Positively Correlates with a Risk for Human Neuroblastoma

open access: yesInternational Journal of Biological Sciences, 2012
Neuroblastoma is an embryonic malignancy arising from neuroblasts. The mechanisms that regulate the origination of neuroblastoma are still not very clear.

Neuroprotective Effects of Time‐Restricted Feeding Combined With Different Protein Sources in MPTP‐Induced Parkinson's Disease Mice Model and Its Modulatory Impact on Gut Microbiota Metabolism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.

TRIM59-mediated ferroptosis enhances neuroblastoma development and chemosensitivity through p53 ubiquitination and degradation

open access: yesHeliyon
Neuroblastoma, predominantly afflicting young individuals, is characterized as an embryonal tumor, with poor prognosis primarily attributed to chemoresistance.

Structure‐Guided Engineering of a Cas12i Nuclease Unlocks Near‐PAMless Genome Editing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CRISPR‐Cas nucleases are limited by PAM requirements, restricting genome accessibility. Structure‐guided engineering of the compact Cas12i nuclease SF01 produced three variants with near‐PAMless, enabling efficient editing at diverse 5'‐NNTN‐3' sites. These nucleases expand the editable portion of the human genome more than fourfold, enabling efficient
