Leveraging Microphysiological Systems to Facilitate Neutrophil‐Based Cancer Immunotherapy
Microphysiological systems are emerging as powerful human‐relevant platforms for studying neutrophil biology in cancer. Current applications of spheroids, organoids, and organ‐on‐a‐chip models are reviewed, together with future opportunities in behaviorome profiling, multi‐omics integration, personalized medicine, immune crosstalk, and multi‐organ ...

Genetics of neuroendocrine tumours, hereditary tumour syndromes [PDF]
Neuroendocrine tumours occur in some hereditary tumour syndromes, and the molecular pathophysiological mechanisms involved in these are also important in their sporadic counterparts which representing the majority of neuroendocrine tumours. These syndromes include multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1, von Hippel–Lindau syndrome, neurofibromatosis type 1

A novel hetero‐bivalent agent, 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1, concurrently targets Nectin‐4 and FAP in triple‐negative breast cancer. It yields significant preclinical tumor regression and clinically identifies additional metastatic lesions missed by 18F‐FDG PET, demonstrating promising theranostic potential for personalized management.

Chronic stress reshapes the gut microbiota and enriches Lactobacillus reuteri, promoting microbiota‐associated kynurenine accumulation through altered tryptophan metabolism. Kynurenine drives immunosuppressive remodeling of tumor‐associated macrophages through TNFR2–C/EBPβ signaling, thereby enhancing gastric cancer dissemination.
