Effects of neuron-specific depletion of cholesterol biosynthesis on dendritic spines
Cholesterol is an important constituent of plasma membranes, including dendritic spines, where it helps to maintain their shape and size and influences transmembrane proteins.

Using a bottom‐up approach, we engineered a human neuromuscular microchip to investigate distinct adaptive responses to neural stimulation and metabolic stress. Further integration of endothelial cells revealed their critical role in modulating neuromuscular excitability, establishing a comprehensive neurovascular‐muscular model.

Dual‐State Programmable Oxide Transistor for Time‐Based Cryptography
A DUPOT enables independently tunable Vth and Isat depending on gate bias polarity, producing three‐dimensional dynamical behavior within a transfer characteristic. This behavior originates from charge trapping and oxygen‐ion migration in the HfO2 layer.
