In this article, a variety of neuroimaging methods that have been applied to investigate autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) will be covered, and a review of the latest findings for each will be summarized. Studies that attempt to map identified brain anomalies in individuals with ASD are mapped onto the symptoms, traits, and severity of the disorder.

CNS Spectrums, 2000AbstractRelatively few studies of the psychobiology of hypersexuality have been undertaken. Nevertheless, the literature does suggest the possibility of a neurobiology of hypersexuality. Three cases of hypersexual behavior are presented in the context of neuropsychiatric disorders, and the literature on this phenomenon is briefly reviewed.
