Highly Sensitive Heterojunction‐Gated Phototransistor With Detection Wavelength Ranged From 350 to 1700 Nm

This work demonstrates a heterojunction‐gated infrared phototransistor for broadband detection from 350 to 1700 nm. By suppressing defect states on nonpolar (100) facets of large PbS quantum dots via hybrid ligand passivation, the device achieves a room‐temperature detectivity of 5.7 × 1013 Jones at 1650 nm.

Mechanism of Solid Solution‐Driven Texture Induced by Ag Doping in YBCO Superconductor

Ag‐doped YBCO with a designed concentration gradient is produced by dual‐material co‐extrusion and freeze‐drying. During annealing, Ag+ ions diffuse into Y123, substituting for Cu(1) and inducing c‐axis relaxation. This leads to the formation of [001]‐oriented YBCAO, creating a coherent interface that templates the textured growth of Y123. Consequently,

Understanding the Interplay Between Thermal Activation, Diffusion, and Phase Segregation of Molecular Dopants Blended with Polymeric Semiconductors

The use of air stable but thermally labile molecules provides an efficient strategy for the N‐type doping of organic semiconductors with relatively low electron affinities. Design criteria for efficient dopants should also take into account diffusion and phase segregation that cannot be decoupled from thermally activated doping.
