Semigroups Generated by a Neutral Functional Differential Equation
SIAM Journal on Mathematical Analysis, 1986We discuss a number of semigroups generated by neutral functional equations of the form \[ d/dt(x(t)+\mu *x(t))+\nu *x(t)=f(t),\quad t\geq 0,\quad x(t)=\phi (t),\quad t\leq 0. \] They are of extended initial function type and of extended forcing function type, and they differ from each other by the amount of smoothness which is imposed on x and f above.

Analytical and numerical dissipativity of neutral functional differential equations
Applied Mathematics Letters, 2020In this paper, the authors investigate analytic and numerical dissipativity for a class of nonlinear neutral functional differential equations. By applying existing continuous Halanay-type inequality, the dissipativity result of the equations is given.

Application of spline functions to neutral delay-differential equations
International Journal of Computer Mathematics, 1996The spline method of Loscalzo [1] is adapted to the neutral delay-differential equations (NDDES). The resulting method enables us to construct an approximate spline solution for the (NDDES). The existence and uniqueness of the approximate spline solution are investigated. Numerical experiments and comparisons with other methods are given.
