The BRST invariant Lagrangian of the gravitationally interacting U(1)$U(1)$ gauge theory, namely the Quantum GraviElectro Dynamics (QGED). The Yan–Mills theory with the Hilbert–Einstein gravitational Lagrangian, namely the Yang–Mills–Utiyama (YMU) theory, is defined and quantised using the standard procedure. The theory is perturbatively renormalisable,

Testing sterile neutrino mixing with present and future solar neutrino data
We investigate the sensitivity of solar neutrino data to mixing of sterile neutrinos with masses $$\gtrsim $$ ≳ eV. For current data, we perform a Feldman–Cousins analysis to derive a robust limit on the sterile neutrino mixing. The solar neutrino limit

A Renormalizable Neutrino Mass Model With (Z2 × Z4)⋊Z2(II) Symmetry
In this work, a renormalizable neutrino mass model based on (Z2 × Z4)⋊Z2 (II) symmetry is proposed for the modification of the μ − τ reflection symmetry. The hierarchies of lepton masses can be naturally realized, and the lepton mixing is addressed.

Large mixing angles for neutrinos from infrared fixed points
Radiative amplification of neutrino mixing angles may explain the large values required by solar and atmospheric neutrino oscillations. Implementation of such mechanism in the Standard Model and many of its extensions (including the Minimal ...

Neutrino masses from operator mixing [PDF]
We show that in theories that reduce, at the Fermi scale, to an extension of the standard model with two doublets, there can be additional dimension five operators giving rise to neutrino masses.

Neutrino Mixing: Theoretical Overview
We present a concise review of the recent important experimental developments on neutrino mixing (hints for sterile neutrinos, large $ _{13}$, possible non maximal $ _{23}$, approaching sensitivity on $ _{CP}$) and their implications on models of neutrino mixing. The new data disfavour many models but the surviving ones still span a wide range going

Search for heavy neutrinos mixing with tau neutrinos [PDF]
We report on a search for heavy neutrinos ($\nus$) produced in the decay $D_s\to \nus$ at the SPS proton target followed by the decay $\nudecay$ in the NOMAD detector. Both decays are expected to occur if $\nus$ is a component of $ _ $.\ From the analysis of the data collected during the 1996-1998 runs with $4.1\times10^{19}$ protons on target, a ...

A set of particle representations, familiar from the Standard Model, collectively form a superalgebra. Those representations mirroring the behaviour of the Standard Model's gauge bosons, and three generations of fermions, are each included in this algebra, with exception only to those representations involving the top quark.

Constraints on Exotic Mixing of Three Neutrinos [PDF]
Exotic explanations are considered for atmospheric neutrino observations. Our analysis includes matter effects and the mixing of all three neutrinos under the simplifying assumption of only one relevant mixing scale. Constraints from accelerator, reactor
