Defects in neutron irradiated molybdenum [PDF]
Abstract Molybdenum of purity 99.965% has been examined by transmission electron microscopy and field ion microscopy before and after neutron irradiation to 1 × 1019 n.v.t. at reactor ambient temperature. The structure after 1 hr anneal at 760°C following irradiation was also investigated.

Effects of Fast Neutron Irradiation on Switching of Silicon Bipolar Junction Transistor [PDF]
Background When bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) are used as switches, their switching characteristics can be deteriorated because the recombination time of the minority carriers is long during turn-off transient.
