Neutrophilic Panniculitis in a child with
AbstractNeutrophilic panniculitis (NP) with myelodysplasia has been described in adults but not in children. We report a case of NP associated with myelodysplasia in a child with MYSM1 deficiency, a newly described syndrome with primary immunodeficiency (PI), bone marrow failure, and developmental aberrations.

AbstractInfectious panniculitis from hematogenous spread is uncommon and usually occurs in immunocompromised patients. Dissemination of gram‐positive organisms to the subcutaneous tissue is rare with only several reports of disseminated panniculitis caused by Streptococcal species.

Vemurafenib‐Induced Neutrophilic Panniculitis in a Child with a Brainstem Glioma
Pediatric Dermatology, 2014AbstractNeutrophilic panniculitis is a rare adverse effect of therapy with selective BRAF inhibitors. We report a case of neutrophilic panniculitis in a 15‐year‐old girl receiving treatment with vemurafenib for a brainstem glioma. Clinicians should be aware of this rare but important side effect of vemurafenib.

Neutrophilic panniculitis in infancy: A cutaneous manifestation of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, 2007Neutrophilic panniculitis is rare and is classified as a panniculitic member of the neutrophilic dermatoses spectrum. In affected patients, an underlying systemic disease, such as myelodysplasia, is often present. We describe an infant with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis who developed neutrophilic panniculitis.

Vemurafenib-Induced Neutrophilic Panniculitis: A New Case and Review of the Literature
The American Journal of Dermatopathology, 2016Abstract: Vemurafenib has proved to be useful in the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma harboring the BRAF-V600E mutation, with better rates of overall and progression-free survival than previous treatments. Adverse cutaneous effects, such as alopecia, pruritus, photosensitivity reactions, verrucous keratosis ...

Neutrophilic Lobular (Pustular) Panniculitis Associated With Rheumatoid Arthritis
The American Journal of Dermatopathology, 1999Rheumatoid nodules, which affect the subcutis around joints, are the most frequent specific cutaneous lesions of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Panniculitis is a rarely reported and nonspecific complication of RA. We report a 42-year-old woman with seropositive RA who presented with a 2-month history of lower leg panniculitis. Biopsy of a leg nodule showed

Sweet's syndrome is characterised by pyrexia, cutaneous lesions, neutrophilia and an infiltrate of mature neutrophils in the dermis. While extracutaneous disease is not uncommon, neutrophilic fasciitis has rarely been described. We report the imaging appearances with clinical and histological correlation of a case of drug-induced neutrophilic fasciitis

Neutrophilic dermatoses (ND) encompass a diverse group of inflammatory skin disorders characterized by sterile, predominantly neutrophilic infiltrates. Herein, we present the case of a 38-year-old male with very high-risk hypocellular myelodysplastic neoplasms (MDS) exhibiting recurrent neutrophilic panniculitis (NP) involving the lower extremities ...

Recurrent neutrophilic panniculitis secondary to bacterial cystitis.
European journal of dermatology : EJD, 2007Neutrophilic panniculitis (NP) is a widely unknown inflammatory disorder of the subcutaneous fat. The diagnosis and proper classification of panniculitis relies on histologic features, mainly the location of the subcutaneous inflammation (septal, lobular, mixed or vascular).
