Malignant blue nevus: Malignant melanoma in association with blue nevus

Malignant blue nevus is a rare, malignant, melanocytic tumor with a usually unfavourable prognosis. Here, we report two cases of malignant blue nevus occurring on the head. Both our patients had a history of progressive enlargement of a bluish lesion that had been present for several years.
