Journal of Cutaneous Pathology, Volume 52, Issue 5, Page 367-373, May 2025.ABSTRACT Spitz lesions display a set of genetic alterations that differ from classical melanocytic lesions: examples include mutations in HRAS and fusions involving ALK, ROS1, MET, MAP3K8, BRAF, and the NTRK genes. We present a Spitz spindle cell/Reed nevus with atypical junctional features and an NTRK2 translocation in a patient of unusual age.
