A thermodynamic database for Ni‐base superalloys
Scandinavian Journal of Metallurgy, 2001A thermodynamic database has been developed for Ni‐base superalloys. Following the CALPHAD procedure, it is based on the assessment of thermodynamic behaviour of the relevant constituting sub‐systems of the complex system of interest. The current database contains 7 elements: Al, Co, Cr, Ni, Ti, W, Re.

Thermal characterization of a Ni-based superalloy
Thermochimica Acta, 2002Abstract Ni-based superalloys are usually employed in industrial applications where good mechanical performance, corrosion and oxidation resistance at high temperatures is required. Samples collected from a gas turbine rotor blade were used in the present study.

Thermal stability of advanced Ni-base superalloys
Journal of Materials Science, 1994Exposures consisting of 1 to 900 h at 1000 and 1100 °C after an ageing treatment of 16 h at 870 °C were used to study the thermal stability of selected γ′-strengthened Ni-based superalloys representing conventional, directional solidification, and single-crystal castings.
