We investigate the magnetic properties and spin-orbit-torque-induced (SOT-induced) magnetization switching in Ta/MnGa/Cr and Ta/MnGa/NiAl structures. Out-of-plane hysteresis loops for the Ta/MnGa/Cr (NiAl) structures are skewed (square).
