Embedding a Rydberg Atom-Based Sensor Into an Antenna for Phase and Amplitude Detection of Radio-Frequency Fields and Modulated Signals

We demonstrate a Rydberg atom-based sensor embedded in a parallel-plate waveguide (PPWG) for amplitude and phase detection of a radio-frequency (RF) electric field. This embedded atomic sensor is also capable of receiving modulated communications signals.

Temperature‐Resilient Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function Driven by Pulse Modulation Using CMOS‐Integrated Spintronic Chips

A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

Characterization of Power-to-Phase Conversion in High-Speed P-I-N Photodiodes

Microbial Odorant Detection Guides Drosophila Parasitoids Seeking Hosts in Fermenting Fruits

Yeast microbes in fermenting fruits attract both host flies and their parasitoid wasps. Female Leptopilina boulardi detect yeast‐emitted ethyl esters via two olfactory receptors, LbouOR167 and LbouOR136. A conserved residue, Leu159, is critical for binding these compounds, enabling female wasps to locate host‐rich habitats.
