Parallelising Electrocatalytic Nitrogen Fixation Beyond Heterointerfacial Boundary [PDF]
The nitrogen (N2) reduction reaction (NRR) is an eco-friendly alternative to the Haber-Bosch process to produce ammonia (NH3) with high sustainability. However, the significant magnitude of uphill energies in the multi-step NRR pathways is a bottleneck of its serial reactions.

Effectiveness of nitrogen fixation in rhizobia [PDF]
SummaryBiological nitrogen fixation in rhizobia occurs primarily in root or stem nodules and is induced by the bacteria present in legume plants. This symbiotic process has fascinated researchers for over a century, and the positive effects of legumes on soils and their food and feed value have been recognized for thousands of years. Symbiotic nitrogen

Multi‐Scaled Cellulosic Nanonetworks from Tunicates
Microbial and plant nanonetworks of cellulose have enabled a wide range of high‐performance yet sustainable materials. Herein, a third class of cellulosic nanonetworks is showcased by exploiting the only animal tissue‐producing cellulose nanofibers, i.e., ascidians. An ultrastructure including spherical cells and a microvasculature with diameters of 50–
