Immune endotypes in tuberculosis: Keys to decoding disease complexity
Abstract Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health challenge, with multi‐drug antibiotic regimens as the current standard of care. While effective at killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis, these treatments do not resolve persistent inflammation, prevent lung damage, or reverse immune dysregulation that contribute to poor outcomes and disease ...

This study identifies vacuole membrane protein 1 (VMP1) as a critical regulator of intestinal epithelial barrier homeostasis. VMP1 facilitates the recruitment of CORO1C to late endosomes, supporting Retromer‐mediated recycling of the tight junction protein Occludin.

• The activation of the microglial Hcar2 receptor by niacin initiates intracellular signalling that induces metabolic reprogramming. • This metabolic shift is characterized by increased oxidative phosphorylation. Consequently, microglia polarize from a proinflammatory state toward an anti‐inflammatory, reparative phenotype.

Abstract Non‐vesicular lipid transport contributes to the regulation of membrane composition and organelle function at membrane contact sites. OSBP‐related proteins (ORPs) are central to this process, yet their interaction networks remain incompletely defined. Here, we systematically screened potential interactions between ORPs and phosphoinositide 3‐,
