Organic No-Till Systems in Eastern Canada: A Review
For more than a decade, studies have aimed to adapt the agronomy of organic no-till systems for the environmental conditions of Eastern Canada. Most research on organic no-till practices in Eastern Canada has been conducted in the province of Québec ...

Agronomic performance and severity of common rust in maize under different nitrogen sources
Nitrogen is the most required and complex management element in maize crop, promoting the highest responses in crop yield. The objective of this work was to verify the effect of different N sources on topdressing in minimum tillage and conventional ...

Conversion to No-Till Improves Maize Nitrogen Use Efficiency in a Continuous Cover Cropping System
A two-year experiment was conducted in the field to measure the combined impact of tilling and N fertilization on various agronomic traits related to nitrogen (N) use efficiency and to grain yield in maize cultivated in the presence of a cover crop. Four

Tunable and Recyclable Piezoelectric Biomaterials via Ion‐Directed Guanine‐Quadruplex Assembly
Guanine‐quadruplex (GQ) assemblies, formed via ion‐mediated self‐assembly of amphiphilic guanine derivatives, are introduced as tunable and recyclable piezoelectric biomaterials. Distinct alkali ions induce unique dipole configurations and piezoelectric outputs, with K⁺ yielding the highest performance.

An epi‐intraneural interface is developed through in silico optimization and a novel tridimensional microfabrication pipeline. The device integrates penetrating and epineural contacts on a flexible substrate. Mechanical, electrochemical, and in vivo testing in rat and pig reveal robust implantation, low‐threshold activation, and site‐dependent ...

Conductance‐Dependent Photoresponse in a Dynamic SrTiO3 Memristor for Biorealistic Computing
A nanoscale SrTiO3 memristor is shown to exhibit dynamic synaptic behavior through the interaction of local electrical and global optical signals. Its photoresponse depends quantitatively on the conductance state, which evolves and decays over tunable timescales, enabling ultralow‐power, biorealistic learning mechanisms for advanced in‐memory and ...
