Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Derived Apoptotic Micro‐Vesicles Repaired Sciatic Nerve Defect by Regulating Early Inflammatory Microenvironment and Promoting Angiogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
HUCMSC‐Apo‐mvs enhance peripheral nerve repair by modulating the inflammatory microenvironment (IME), primarily through coordinated actions on three functional cells. They recruit macrophages and promote their polarization from pro‐inflammatory M1 to anti‐inflammatory M2 phenotypes, increasing secretion of IL‐10 and VEGF.

LEAD: Literature Enhanced Ab Initio Discovery of Nitride Dusting Layers for Enhanced Tunnel Magnetoresistance and Lower Resistance Magnetic Tunnel Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) using MgO tunnel barriers face challenges of high resistance‐area product and low tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR). To discover alternative materials, Literature Enhanced Ab initio Discovery (LEAD) is developed. The LEAD‐predicted materials are theoretically evaluated, showing that MTJs with dusting of ScN or TiN on ...

A Coding and Classification as an Aspect af System Flexibility in Sheer Metal Manufacturing

open access: yesCommunications, 2000
Industry increasingly faces the need to respond rapidly and effectively to ever changing market demand. This need is partially met by introducing a high degree of flexibility into all industry phases, especially manufacturing.

On the entropic derivation of the $r^{-2}$ Newtonian gravity force

open access: yes, 2018
Following Verlinde's conjecture, we show that Tsallis' classical free particle distribution at temperature $T$ can generate Newton's gravitational force's $r^{-2}$ {\it distance's dependence}. If we want to repeat the concomitant argument by appealing to

Perspective on Aqueous Batteries: Historical Milestones and Modern Revival

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review retraces the development of aqueous batteries from classical Zn‐MnO2 chemistry to modern Zn and Ni systems, correlating voltage, capacity, and electrolyte formulation with practical performance. By mapping historical success and failure onto current and future research directions, it identifies guiding principles that steer the design of ...

Information Exchange Problems Between 3D Modelling and Process Planning Modules

open access: yesCommunications, 2000
The objective of this project is to develop atool for communication between 3DCAD and process planning. Our accomplishments so far have been: (i) Transfer of the CAD data model and other product information from the 3D CAD system (Solid Edge) to a ...
