A Splitting Architecture for Exact Reduced Coulomb Friction
Abstract Existing approaches to frictional contact dynamics typically either modify the Coulomb law to improve numerical robustness or solve the exact law in a fully coupled monolithic form. However, in its reduced form, exact Coulomb friction can be written as a cone complementarity problem with an augmented velocity, which reveals a natural split ...

Cytology‐First Diagnostic Workflow for Melanoma of Unknown Primary With Molecular Profiling
Cytology‑first diagnostic workflow for melanoma of unknown primary. Fine‑needle aspiration of an enlarged lymph node enables rapid cytologic evaluation and immunocytochemical confirmation of melanocytic lineage (SOX10). This early cytologic diagnosis facilitates timely surgical excision and comprehensive genomic profiling, supporting integrated ...

The different face of skin‐rash induced by brentuximab vedotin
Summary Background: Brentuximab vedotin (BV) is a targeted therapy for CD30‐expressing lymphomas, including Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma (CTCL). While peripheral neuropathy is the most common adverse event, BV‐induced skin rashes are less frequent and not well characterized.

Summary Background and Objectives For thick melanomas, retaining the primary lesion during neoadjuvant therapy may enhance immune response through increased antigen load. This study assessed whether a central section from serially processed melanoma specimen, representing a transectional incisional biopsy, accurately reflects Breslow thickness and ...
