We study parameter estimation problem for diagonalizable stochastic partial differential equations driven by a multiplicative fractional noise with any Hurst parameter H ∈ (0, 1). Two classes of estimators are investigated: traditional maximum likelihood type estimators, and a new class called closed-form exact estimators.

Determination of W-band noise parameters
A computer controlled fully automated noise measurement system and method where correlation matrices are used to de-embed the noise parameters of the test device is described. The first reported measured noise parameters and the respective noise parameter uncertainties of a passive ambient device operating at 80 GHz are presented.

Diffusion‐Weighted Imaging for the Evaluation of the Sacroiliac Joint in Pediatric Patients
Objective Maturational signal in the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) of skeletally immature youth is often misinterpreted as inflammation. Diagnostic tools that improve specificity are greatly needed. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values from diffusion‐weighted imaging (DWI), when used with standard imaging, may enhance diagnostic accuracy.
