Non-invasive fetal RHD genotyping tests : a systematic review of the quality of reporting of diagnostic accuracy in published studies [PDF]
Articles reporting the diagnostic accuracy of non-invasive prenatal diagnostic (NIPD) tests for RHD genotyping using fetal material extracted from maternal blood have been published steadily for over a decade. Health care providers in Europe have started

Diagnosing arsenic-mediated biochemical responses in rice cultivars using Raman spectroscopy
Rice (Oryza sativa) is the primary crop for nearly half of the world’s population. Groundwater in many rice-growing parts of the world often has elevated levels of arsenite and arsenate.

Non-invasive neurophysiological measures of learning: A meta-analysis
In a meta-analysis of 113 experiments we examined neurophysiological outcomes of learning, and the relationship between neurophysiological and behavioral outcomes of learning. Findings showed neurophysiology yielding large effect sizes, with the majority of studies examining electroencephalography and eye-related outcome measures.

Non-Invasive Pulmonary Artery Wave Intensity Analysis in Pulmonary Hypertension.
Pulmonary wave reflections are a potential hemodynamic biomarker for pulmonary hypertension (PH) and can be analyzed using wave intensity analysis (WIA). In this study we used pulmonary vessel area and flow obtained using cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR)

Independent component analysis algorithms for non-invasive fetal electrocardiography.
The independent component analysis (ICA) based methods are among the most prevalent techniques used for non-invasive fetal electrocardiogram (NI-fECG) processing. Often, these methods are combined with other methods, such adaptive algorithms.

Computational analysis for non-invasive detection of stenosis in peripheral arteries [PDF]
Atherosclerosis usually affects the entire cardiovascular system, including peripheral blood vessels. Peripheral arterial stenosis may indicate possible serious vascular disorders related to more vital organs. If peripheral arterial stenosis can be discerned at an early stage, it can serve as a warning sign to take precautions, such as using more ...
