Non-isothermal Crystallization, Thermal Stability, and Mechanical Performance of Poly(L-lactic acid)/Barium Phenylphosphonate Systems [PDF]

open access: yesOpen Chemistry, 2017
The introduction of a nucleating agent in semi-crystalline polymers is a frequently utilized way to improve the crystallization performance, and the use of a nucleating agent has a very great effect on the performance of the polymer in other areas ...

Non-isothermal crystallization of polyvinylalcohol-co-ethylene [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry, 2005
Non-isothermal crystallization of polyvinylalcohol-co-ethylene with different ethylene contents was studied. Several models were used to predict the crystallization behavior of these materials under non-isothermal conditions at a constant cooling rate. Kinetic parameters determined from isothermal date were employed.

Computer modeling of non-isothermal crystallization [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Non-Crystalline Solids, 1996
A realistic computer model for simulating isothermal and non-isothermal phase transformations proceeding by homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation and interface-limited growth is presented. A new treatment for particle size effects on the crystallization kinetics is developed and is incorporated into the numerical model.

Distinct Crystallization Pathways of Polyoxymethylene in Methanol System [PDF]

open access: yesCrystals
Recrystallization of polyoxymethylene (POM) in solvent is an effective post-treatment method for manufacturing a better POM product. Herein, the crystallization process of POM in methanol was investigated with the use of a series of equipment.

Isothermal and Non-Isothermal Crystallization Kinetics of Poly(ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene). [PDF]

open access: yesPolymers (Basel), 2022
The isothermal (IT) and non-isothermal (NIT) crystallization kinetics, morphology, and structure of poly(ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene) (ECTFE) were investigated via differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM), and wide-

High-Performance Optical PET Analysis via Non-Isothermal Crystallization Kinetics. [PDF]

open access: yesPolymers (Basel), 2022
The optical properties of PET have always been a problem that related research has been trying to break through. In the previous work, we modified PET by adding PSLDH (phosphate antioxidant) to obtain a PET film with excellent optical properties. Through

Non-isothermal crystallization of LiNaGe4O9 glass

open access: yesJournal of Physics and Electronics, 2021
The glass of lithium-sodium tetragermanate LiNaGe4O9 is crystallized on heating under the control of differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric analysis. The measurements were prepared in the temperature range 300-870 K and showed the relatively weak endothermic DSC anomaly and 40-50 K above the single exothermic peak.
