POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO A NON-RADIAL SUPERCRITICAL KLEIN–GORDON-TYPE EQUATION [PDF]
AbstractWe find positive solutions to a nonlinear equation of Klein–Gordon type. Our analysis is carried out by truncating the related functional and estimating mountain pass solutions by Moser’s iterative scheme.

We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...

A variational inequality of Kirchhoff-type in RN $\mathbb{R}^{N}$
In this paper, we investigate the existence of nontrivial radial solutions for a kind of variational inequalities in RN $\mathbb{R}^{N}$. Our main technique is the non-smooth critical point theory, based on the Szulkin-type functionals.

Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

Peripheral lysosomes recruit PLEKHG3 to focal adhesions and restrain protrusion dynamics
Proximity‐dependent labeling at the LAMTOR complex revealed the Rho GEF PLEKHG3 as a lysosome‐proximal protein directing the study toward the influence of lysosome positioning on actin dynamics and cell motility. We show that PLEKHG3 colocalizes with lysosomes at focal adhesion sites and observe that forced peripheral dispersion of lysosomes hinders ...

Emerging experimental and computational methods for studying redox‐regulated structural transitions
Redox reactions can reshape proteins and alter how they behave in cells, with important consequences for health and disease. This review explores emerging experimental and computational approaches for discovering these redox‐sensitive protein switches, revealing their structural effects, and predicting their behavior, opening new opportunities to ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Analysis and Computation of Solutions for a Class of Nonlinear SBVPs Arising in Epitaxial Growth
In this work, the existence and nonexistence of stationary radial solutions to the elliptic partial differential equation arising in the molecular beam epitaxy are studied.

The VHL tumor suppressor at the crossroad of protein folding, aggregation, and cancer
Mutations, environmental stress, and chaperone dysfunction can destabilize pVHL, promoting its conversion from the native folded state into amyloid‐like assemblies. This transition may contribute to protein storage, cell dormancy, survival, and drug resistance.

Segregated solutions for nonlinear Schrödinger systems with a large number of components
In this paper we are concerned with the existence of segregated non-radial solutions for nonlinear Schrödinger systems with a large number of components in a weak fully attractive or repulsive regime in presence of a suitable external radial potential.
