Uniform and Non-Uniform Image Enlargement Based on the Window Kernel
Several different of image resizing methods have been proposed. However, resizing image in different ratio produces non proportional feature image enlarged and the enlarged image in different ratio with retaining the salient content is limited.

Non uniform (hyper/multi)coherence spaces
In (hyper)coherence semantics, proofs/terms are cliques in (hyper)graphs. Intuitively, vertices represent results of computations and the edge relation witnesses the ability of being assembled into a same piece of data or a same (strongly) stable ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Cross‐talk reduction in metamaterial and non‐uniform transmission lines
The electromagnetic compatibility analysis of RF circuitry is essential due to the adverse effects on sensitive components. Two metamaterial unit cells with slow‐wave properties are presented for cross‐talk reduction in transmission lines. The analytical

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Non-Uniform Cellular Automata [PDF]
A model called Non-uniform Cellular Automata (NCA) is introduced and its capability to do mapping and computation is studied. The suggested model is similar to the original Cellular Automata, with its local neighborhood property, but neighborhood definition of cells do change in space and time (non-uniform) depending on the input-output template pairs ...
