Tunable Non-linear Optical, Semiconducting and Dielectric Properties of In1−xMnxSe Thin Films
Journal of Electronic Materials, 2019In1−xMnxSe (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.15) thin films were evaporated by using the thermal evaporation technique. Both dispersion energy (Ed) and oscillating energy (Eo) were determined. The values of lattice dielectric constant (eL) and free carrier concentration/effective mass) (N/m*) were calculated.

Non-linear dielectric properties in paraelectric phase of γ-damaged TGS crystal
Ferroelectrics Letters Section, 1986Abstract The non-linear dielectric properties in the paraelectric phase of γ-irradiated TGS crystal are studied. The temperature dependence of non-linearity coefficient B is found. It is claimed that the non-linearity depends on orientation of effective field with regard to bias field.

Non-linear AC dielectric properties of epoxy composites filled with core–shell SiC particles
Journal of Physics D: Applied PhysicsAbstract Core–shell structured silicon carbide (SiC)/epoxy (EP) composites exhibit superior non–linear DC conductivity. However, the high voltage alternative current dielectric properties of the composites are rarely reported. In this paper, the time–domain measurement was employed to obtain the basic dielectric characteristics, AC ...

Relations of High-Field Non-Linear Dielectric Properties and Electrorheological Effects
1995The non-linear dielectric property of the electrorheological (ER) fluids under high AC electric field still lacks detailed investigation compared with other studies on ER fluids. In its physical principle, ER effect is the result of interaction of high electric field with chemical configurations and liquid environment of solid particles.

Effective non-linear optical properties of metal-dielectric composites of spheroidal particles
Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, 2000Non-linear optical properties of randomly oriented non-linear spheroidal metal particles in a dielectric host are investigated. Two different Maxwell-Garnett-type approximations are derived based on whether a self-consistency condition on the net polarization is invoked. These two methods lead to quite different spectral density functions. Moreover, we

Glasses of various compositions in the system (1 - x) Li2B4O7 - xBi(2)WO(6) (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.35) were prepared via a melt-quenching technique. The amorphous nature of all the compositions of the as-quenched glasses under study was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) studies. The glassy nature of the as-quenched
