In its beginnings, Sufism was a moral movement concerned with asceticism (zuhd) and poverty (faqr). Later, Sufism's second period, which was called "Sunnī Sufism" with problems arising from a spiritual life of which the theoretical basis is unknown, was again within the limits of a moral content.

Abstract It has long been recognized that there are issues with the appropriateness of citations in the academic literature. Citations of sources that do not support the statement they are cited against are known as quotation errors, and there have been many previous studies of their prevalence.

Nonexistence of positive radial solutions for a problem with singular potential
This article completes the picture in the study of positive radial solutions in the function space 𝒟1,2(ℝN)∩L2(ℝN,|x|-αdx)∩Lp(ℝN)${{\mathcal {D}^{1,2}({\mathbb {R}^N}) \cap L^2({{\mathbb {R}^N}, | x |^{-\alpha } dx})\cap L^p({\mathbb {R}^N})}}$ for the ...

Abstract This study presents a novel treatment of biogas digestate to produce biochar at processing temperatures of 500–700 °C. The resulting biochar was applied for the simultaneous removal of methylene blue (MB) and malachite green (MG) in a binary system.

Nonexistence of global solutions of abstract wave equations with high energies
We consider an undamped second order in time evolution equation. For any positive value of the initial energy, we give sufficient conditions to conclude nonexistence of global solutions. The analysis is based on a differential inequality.

Paediatric rare diseases: Can large language models assist off‐label prescribing?
Aims To evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of large language models (LLMs) in retrieving and synthesizing biomedical information to support off‐label drug prescribing in paediatric rare diseases, and to compare their performance with human‐authored references in terms of scientific rationale, adverse events and drug interactions.

Does National Innovation Layout Spur Eco‐Innovation? The Upper Echelon's Role
ABSTRACT Numerous studies have examined whether financial and governance characteristics within firms promote eco‐innovation. However, the influence of institutional contexts on eco‐innovation, which is crucial for shaping effective policy and establishing key conditions, has not been adequately explored.

Nonexistence of Intrinsic Spin Currents [PDF]
We have described the electron spin dynamics in the presence of the spin-orbit interaction and disorder using the spin-density matrix method. We showed that in the Born approximation in the scattering amplitude the spin current is zero for an arbitrary ratio of the spin-orbit splitting and the scattering rate.

Metal halide perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have been extensively explored due to their unique optical/optoelectronic properties such as tunable wavelength, narrow emission, and high photoluminescence quantum efficiency. This critical review article is an overview of the fabrication methods, degradation mechanisms of PQDs and explores strategies for ...

Nonexistence results for weighted p-Laplace equations with singular nonlinearities
In this article we present some nonexistence results concerning stable solutions to the equation $$ \hbox{div}\big(w(x)|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u\big) =g(x)f(u)\quad \text{in }\mathbb{R}^N,\;p\geq 2 $$ when f(u) is either $u^{-\delta}+u^{-\gamma ...
