Nonlinear Contractions in 0-Complete Partial Metric Spaces
Using the setting of 0-complete partial metric spaces, some common fixed point results of maps that satisfy the nonlinear contractive conditions are obtained.

Fixed points for Kannan type contractions in uniform spaces endowed with a graph
In this paper, we give two sufficient conditions for the existence of a fixed point for a Kannan type contraction in a p-complete separated uniform space endowed with a graph and equipped with an A- or an E-distance p.

A fixed point theorem for a nonlinear type contraction
A well-known result of Boyd and Wong [1] on nonlinear contractions is extended. Several other known results are obtained as special cases.

In this paper, we introduce a new class of contractions, called dual connected-image contractions, for a pair of self-mappings on a metric space endowed with a directed graph.

Fixed point results for alpha-implicit contractions with application to integral equations
Recently, Aydi et al. [On fixed point results for alpha-implicit contractions in quasi-metric spaces and consequences, Nonlinear Anal. Model. Control, 21(1):40-56, 2016] proved some fixed point results involving alpha-implicit contractive conditions in ...

An infinitesimal characterization of nonlinear contracting interference functions
Contractive interference functions are a subclass of the standard interference functions used in the design and analysis of distributed power control algorithms for wireless networks. Their peculiarity is that for the resulting positive system the existence and global asymptotic stability of a unique positive equilibrium point is guaranteed.
