Set-membership filtering for a class of nonlinear complex networks with mixed time-delays and incomplete measurements

open access: yesSystems Science & Control Engineering, 2020
In this paper, the set-membership filtering problem is discussed for a class of discrete time-varying nonlinear complex networks with mixed time-delays and incomplete measurements. Both the process noise and the measurement noise are unknown but bounded.

Tracking and Cooperative Designs of Robot Manipulators Using Adaptive Fixed-Time Fault-Tolerant Constraint Control

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
At the outset, a nonlinear dynamic system for the generalized robots with input constraint is given to design an adaptive fixed-time fault-tolerant constraint control (AFTFTCC) for trajectory tracking.

Solution‐Processed Two‐Dimensional Indium Oxide on Sodium‐Embedded Alumina for Reconfigurable Optoelectronic Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

Stochastic Feedback Based Continuous-Discrete Cubature Kalman Filtering for Bearings-Only Tracking

open access: yesSensors, 2018
Bearings-only tracking only adopts measurements from angle sensors to realize target tracking, thus, the accuracy of the state prediction has a significant influence on the final results of filtering. There exist unpredictable approximation errors in the

Invisible Polymer Walls Enhance Reorientational Optical Nonlinearity in Oligothiophene‐Doped Liquid Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The polymer wall stabilized dye‐doped liquid crystals (PWLCs) enhance the sensitivity of photoinduced molecular reorientation in dye‐doped LC systems. The PWLC with an invisible polymer wall successfully reduces the threshold intensity and functions as an optical limiter under the incidence of low intensity light laser source.

Energy-Adaptive SGHSMC: A Particle-Efficient Nonlinear Filter for High-Maneuver Target Tracking

open access: yesMathematics
Tracking targets with nonlinear motion patterns remains a significant challenge in state estimation. We propose an energy-adaptive stochastic gradient Hamiltonian sequential Monte Carlo (SGHSMC) filter that combines adaptive energy dynamics with ...

Electro‐Steric Ion Confinement in Polyelectrolyte Networks for Robust Nonvolatile Artificial Synapse

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polyelectrolyte stoichiometry governs ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. A PSS‐rich network creates electro‐steric ion confinement that suppresses ion back‐diffusion and stabilizes channel doping, enabling robust nonvolatile synaptic memory, linear weight updates, and low‐energy operation.

On Filtering in Markovian Term Structure Models (An Approximation Approach) [PDF]

open access: yes
We study a nonlinear filtering problem to estimate, on the basis of noisy observations of forward rates, the market price of interest rate risk as well as the parameters in a particular term structure model within the Heath-Jarrow-Morton family.
