Data‐Driven Discovery of Quaternary Ammonium Interlayers for Efficient and Thermally Stable Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An active learning framework, grounded in independently generated in‐house experimental data, enables reliable discovery of high‐performance interfacial materials for perovskite solar cells. Iterative model refinement autonomously converges toward structurally robust quaternary ammonium architectures, establishing a new design principle for interfacial

Transducers Across Scales and Frequencies: A System‐Level Framework for Multiphysics Integration and Co‐Design

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Combination Mode of Internal Waves Generated by Surface Wave Propagating over Two Muddy Sea Beds

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematical Physics, 2012
When surface wave propagating over the two layer system usually induces internal wave in three different modes: they are external, internal and combination.

Nonlinear Interactions of Two Incident Internal Waves [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We present experiments and analysis of the nonlinear interactions of two incident internal gravity wave beams of comparable amplitude. By using a wave maker consisting of a flexible boundary to a tank, driven by an array of independent actuators, incident beams of large amplitude several wavelengths in width are generated.

Solitary waves and shock waves for double-layered fluid flow with dispersion triplet: Zaremaoghaddam and Gear–Grimshaw models (KdV equation)

open access: yesBeni-Suef University Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences
Background The Zaremaoghaddam model studies internal waves, fluid dynamics, and nonlinear wave equations. In shallow water, internal solitons, or stratified fluids, the procedure may involve modifying or applying nonlinear wave models like Korteweg–de ...

Tunable Extraordinary Optical Transmission in the Long‐Wavelength Infrared Range Using Electrostatic MEMS Actuation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A MEMS‐integrated metamaterial filter enables continuous, low‐voltage spectral tuning in the long‐wavelength infrared (LWIR). The device employs extraordinary optical transmission in a dual suspended metasurface stack, where electrostatic actuation precisely controls the intermembrane air gap.

Effect of Submarine Speed on Its Motion in Internal Solitary Waves

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
Although extensive research has been carried out on the load characteristics of fixed submarines in internal solitary waves, there is still insufficient understanding of the effect of submarine speed on its motion in internal solitary waves.
