Photoluminescence Reshaping via Structural Confinement and Local Density of Optical States Control in Ir(III)‐Doped Biodegradable Metasurfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Phosphorescent biodegradable metasurface showing vibronic selection and spectral photoluminescence narrowing. Anti‐correlation between experimental LDOS and measured lifetimes. ABSTRACT Metasurfaces incorporating phosphorescent emitters offer a route to engineer radiative and vibronic processes beyond chemical design.

A Constraint‐Based Analytical Framework for Design‐Space Analysis and Material Screening of Tubular Multilayer Dielectric Elastomer Pumps for Extracorporeal Circulatory Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A constraint‐based analytical framework maps the coupled effects of material properties, structural parameters, and operating conditions in tubular dielectric elastomer pumps for extracorporeal circulatory applications. The approach defines performance boundaries through mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic constraints and identifies feasible design ...

On an Aitken type method

open access: yesJournal of Numerical Analysis and Approximation Theory, 2007
In this note we study the convergence of a generalized Aitken type method for approximating the solutions of nonlinear equations in \({\mathbb R}\). We obtain conditions which assure monotone convergence of the generated sequences.

Semilinear equations with strongly monotone nonlinearity

open access: yesLe Matematiche, 1997
Let \(H\) be a Hilbert space and the operator \(F: H \rightarrow H\) satisfy, for some \(m, M > 0,\) the conditions: (i) \(\langle F(u) - F(v), u - v\rangle \geq m\cdot|u - v|^2\), \(\forall u,v \in H;\) (ii) \(|F(u) - F(v)|\leq M\cdot |u - v|\), \(\forall u,v \in H\). If an operator \(A: D(A) \subset H \rightarrow H\) is either: a) maximal monotone; b)

Biodegradable and Edible Milli‐Fluidic Logic Circuits

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Fully biodegradable and edible fluidic circuits are developed using gelatin‐based valves that operate at low pressure. Logic gates, a one‐bit memory, and a ring oscillator are demonstrated, showing that biodegradable materials can perform computation and control.

Compliant Pneumatic Feet with Real‐Time Stiffness Adaptation for Humanoid Locomotion

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
A compliant pneumatic foot with real‐time variable stiffness enables humanoid robots to adapt to changing terrains. Using onboard vision and pressure control, the foot modulates stiffness within each gait cycle, reducing impact forces and improving balance. The design, cast in soft silicone with embedded air chambers and Kevlar wrapping, offers durable,

Tripled Fixed Points, Obtained by Ran-Reunrings Theorem for Monotone Maps in Partially Ordered Metric Spaces

open access: yesMathematics
Using the deep result of Ran & Reunrings, we generalize existing results for tripled fixed points. In contrast to the previously known results for tripled fixed points of maps with or without the mixed monotone property in partially ordered complete ...

Numerical Modeling of Photothermal Self‐Excited Composite Oscillators

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
We present a numerical framework for simulating photothermal self‐excited oscillations. The driving mechanism is elucidated by highlighting the roles of inertia and overshoot, as well as the phase lag between the thermal moment and the oscillation angle, which together construct the feedback loop between the system state and the environmental stimulus.

LLM‐Integrated Human–Robot Interaction System for Microrobots

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
This paper proposes an LLM‐based control framework for guiding microrobots using human natural language. This framework can convert the natural human speech into safe and executable command sets for reliable navigation in complex environments. The experimental results show high accuracy and robustness in task performance, demonstrating the potential of
