Selection Strategies for Flexible Pressure Sensor Electrode Materials Toward Ultrafast Response

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study reveals, for the first time, how the electrode–organic interface governs the temporal performance of flexible pressure sensors. By pairing high‐conductivity CVD PEDOT with commonly used metal electrodes, the authors demonstrate that interfacial energy alignment dictates microsecond‐scale response, providing a straightforward design strategy ...

Robust and Reversible Thermofluorescence in Solvent‐Free Thermoplastic Polyurethane Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Thermofluorescent polymer composites with high‐contrast optical outputs are prepared by solvent‐free blending of indenoquinacridone dye into a thermoplastic polyurethane matrix. The temperature‐dependent fluorescence originates from aggregation–dissociation of the dye molecules, regulated by competing hydrogen bonds from the polymer matrix.

Symmetry Operators for the Fokker-Plank-Kolmogorov Equation with Nonlocal Quadratic Nonlinearity

open access: yesSymmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications, 2007
The Cauchy problem for the Fokker-Plank-Kolmogorov equation with a nonlocal nonlinear drift term is reduced to a similar problem for the correspondent linear equation.

Viscoelasticity‐Induced Controllable Periodic Meso‐Textures of Liquid Crystal Polymers in Additive Manufacturing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Viscoelasticity‐driven instabilities are harnessed to create tunable, periodic textures in 3D‐printed liquid crystalline polymers. This study illustrates how processing parameters control these spontaneous meso‐scale patterns. These unique structural architectures unlock new possibilities for functional devices, ranging from photonic components to ...

System of Nonlinear Set-Valued Variational Inclusions Involving a Finite Family of H(·,·)-Accretive Operators in Banach Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
We study a new system of nonlinear set-valued variational inclusions involving a finite family of H(·,·)-accretive operators in Banach spaces. By using the resolvent operator technique associated with a finite family of H(·,·)-accretive operators, we ...

Adaptive 4D‐Printed Vascular Stents With Low‐Temperature‐Activated and Intelligent Deployment

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Microarchitected coronary artery stents were fabricated using a polycaprolactone (PCL)‐based shape memory polymer (SMP) composite via projection micro‐stereolithography (PµSL) 4D printing. By incorporating diethyl phthalate (DEP) as a plasticizer, the thermal transition temperature (Ttran) was modulated to about 37°C, enabling rapid and autonomous ...

Interpolation of compact non-linear operators

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2000
Let and be two Banach couples and let be a continuous map such that is a Lipschitz compact operator and is a Lipschitz operator. We prove that if is also compact or is continuously embedded in or is continuously embedded in , then is also a ...

A note on quasi-monotone operators

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1987
The treatment of nonlinear problems using a general framework is often a delicate issue. This is illustrated by the fact that the quasi-monotone operators of M. A. Noor are constant operators.
