Using the Lie symmetry approach, the author has examined traveling wave solutions of coupled Benjamin–Bona–Mahony-KdV equation. The coupled Benjamin–Bona–Mahony-KdV equation is reduced to nonlinear ordinary differential equations for all optimal ...

Precise Asymptotics for Bifurcation Curve of Nonlinear Ordinary Differential Equation
We study the following nonlinear eigenvalue problem −u″(t)=λf(u(t)),u(t)>0,t∈I:=(−1,1),u(±1)=0, where f(u)=log(1+u) and λ>0 is a parameter. Then λ is a continuous function of α>0, where α is the maximum norm α=∥uλ∥∞ of the solution uλ associated with λ ...

Behavior of Solutions of a Nonlinear Ordinary Differential Equation
The authors consider positive solutions to initial value problems \[ (\omega^{-\beta} \omega')'- {y\over\beta +2}\omega' +{1\over \beta+2} \omega=0,\;y>0 \tag{*} \] \[ \omega(0) =\eta,\quad \omega' (0)=1, \tag{**} \] where ...

The separation transformation method is extended to the n+1-dimensional Klein-Gordon-Zakharov equation describing the interaction of the Langmuir wave and the ion acoustic wave in plasma. We first reduce the n+1-dimensional Klein-Gordon-Zakharov equation

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

Neural Ordinary Differential Equations for Nonlinear System Identification
Neural ordinary differential equations (NODE) have been recently proposed as a promising approach for nonlinear system identification tasks. In this work, we systematically compare their predictive performance with current state-of-the-art nonlinear and classical linear methods.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

This study investigated a novel WST‐8‐based assay for evaluating d‐Amino acid oxidase (DAO) inhibitors. We confirmed its effectiveness using known inhibitors and found that uremic toxins possess relatively weak inhibitory activity compared to existing drugs.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...
