Scandium (Sc)‐doped AlCoCrFeMo HEA coatings are fabricated via flame spraying with 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt% Sc additions. Among these, the HEA‐Sc0.3 coating exhibits the highest corrosion resistance, indicated by a more positive corrosion potential and lower current density.

This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

Boundary value problems for higher order nonlinear ordinary differential systems
The author studies the nonlinear two-point boundary value problem (*) \(x^{(m)}= f(t,x,x',\dots,\) \(x^{(m-1)})\), \(x^{(j)}(0)= A^ j\), \(j=0,1,\dots,m-1\), \(x^{(m-2)}=B\). Here \(m\geq 3\) is a given integer, \(x\) and \(f\) are given \(n\)-dimensional vector functions and \(A^ j\) and \(B\) are given \(n\)-dimensional constant vectors.

This study investigates H4TBAPy‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) ‐ NU‐1000, NU‐901, SrTBAPy, and BaTBAPy ‐ for multiphoton absorption (MPA) performance. It observes topology‐dependent variations in the 2PA cross‐section, with BaTBAPy exhibiting the highest activity.

A collocation method for systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations
AbstractA collocation method based on piecewise polynomials is applied to boundary value problems for mth order systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. Optimal a priori estimates are obtained for the error of approximation in the maximum norm and superconvergence is verified at particular points.

Slight Truncation Changes in Iron Oxide Nanocubes Strongly Affect Their Magnetic Properties
Subtle variations in nanoparticle morphology can lead to significant changes in functional properties. An automated shape‐fitting method captures minor differences in corner truncation between iron oxide nanocubes of similar sizes synthesized under identical conditions, revealing pronounced disparities in their magnetic and hyperthermia behavior ...
