Electromagnetic Radiation Stimulated Learning in Perovskite Nickelates
ABSTRACT Biological plasticity refers to the ability of synapses to strengthen or weaken over time. These adaptive properties play a fundamental role in learning and memory, spanning many orders of magnitude in timescales. Short‐term plasticity (STP) arises from rapid correlative activity, while long‐term plasticity (LTP) is governed by slower ...

Parabolic Itô equations with monotone nonlinearities
AbstractIn this paper the equation ut = Lu − F(u) + α(t, ω) is studied, where u(t) ϵ B0 a Banach space. L is an unbounded self-adjoint negative definite operator. F is a monotone nonlinear potential operator. α(t, ω) is a white noise process on B0. With suitable further restrictions on L and F it is proved that the equation has a unique solution. As t →

Physics‐Based Compact Modeling of Advanced 3D Nanoscale Vertical NAND Flash Memory
For advanced 3D NAND flash memory, a unified compact model for SPICE is proposed that spans from the intrinsic unit cell to the full string and captures the electrostatic coupling with adjacent inhibit strings. It can successfully predict read behavior, program/erase dynamics, and interactions between neighboring cells, reflecting array‐level behavior ...

Waiting time phenomena for degenerate parabolic equations - A unifying approach
We present a new approach to establish the occurrence of waiting time phenomena for solutions to degenerate parabolic equations. Originally developed by the authors for the thin film equation, it may in fact be used for a broad class of degenerate ...

THE SIMILARITY SOLUTION FOR NONLINEAR PARABOLIC EQUATION
We study the properties of Lie group and investigate the similarities of the flow of ground water equation in the form \[h_t=\frac{k}{2m}[h^2_{xx}+h^2_{yy}] .\]

In this work, the Doubao large language model (LLM) is involved in the formula derivation processes for Hubbard U determination regarding the second‐order perturbations of the chemical potential. The core ML tool is optimized for physical domain knowledge, which is not limited to parameter prediction but rather serves as an interactive physical theory ...
