Physics‐Based Compact Modeling of Advanced 3D Nanoscale Vertical NAND Flash Memory
For advanced 3D NAND flash memory, a unified compact model for SPICE is proposed that spans from the intrinsic unit cell to the full string and captures the electrostatic coupling with adjacent inhibit strings. It can successfully predict read behavior, program/erase dynamics, and interactions between neighboring cells, reflecting array‐level behavior ...

Spatiotemporal Encoding With Nonlinear Gradient Hardware Using Pulseq: From Principles to Practical Demonstration. [PDF]
Purpose Provide the theoretical foundation and the first practical demonstration of spatiotemporal encoding (SPEN) using additional nonlinear gradient hardware. Methods The quadratic phase profile can be generated either by a chirped‐RF pulse combined with a constant gradient or, directly, by a quadratic gradient pulse.

In this work, the Doubao large language model (LLM) is involved in the formula derivation processes for Hubbard U determination regarding the second‐order perturbations of the chemical potential. The core ML tool is optimized for physical domain knowledge, which is not limited to parameter prediction but rather serves as an interactive physical theory ...

Thermometric Based‐Microswimmers with Chemical and Optical Engines
Temperature sensing at small scales is typically performed using passive luminescent particles. Here, an alternative approach is demonstrated by integrating upconversion thermometry into self‐propelled microswimmers powered by chemical fuels or light. This strategy offers a step toward dynamic thermal sensing at the microscale, relevant to both lab‐on ...

On a parabolic-hyperbolic Penrose-Fife phase-field system
The initial and boundary value problem is studied for a non-conserved phase-field system derived from the Penrose-Fife model for the kinetics of phase transitions.

Nonlinear scheme with high accuracy for nonlinear coupled parabolic–hyperbolic system
The authors construct an unconditionally stable nonlinear three-level scheme with second-order \(H^1\)- and \(L^2\)-norm accuracy in temporal and spatial variables, respectively, for two-dimensional nonlinear parabolic-hyperbolic systems. The stability and convergence properties of this scheme are rigorously studied.

Controllability results for some nonlinear coupled parabolic systems by one control force [PDF]
In this paper, we present new controllability results for some nonlinear coupled parabolic systems considered in a bounded domain Ω of IRN (with N ≥ 1 being arbitrary) when the control force acts on a unique equation of the system through an ...

The impact of alloy fluctuations on the spin dynamics of mixed‐cation MAxFA1‐xPbI3 perovskite single crystals is studied experimentally by means of polarized time‐resolved photoluminescence. The high optical orientation degree, reaching 80% for x = 0.1 and 0.8, displays a minimum of 60% for x = 0.4.

Interconversion of Optical to Terahertz Pulses in Nonlinear Beta Barium Borate Crystal
ABSTRACT Low‐temperature β‐phase barium borate (β‐BBO) is an important nonlinear crystal, widely utilized for optical second‐harmonic (SH) generation. Recent re‐measurements of refractive indices in the terahertz (THz) range reveal that β‐BBO is a positive uniaxial crystal.
