Factorization of Nonlinear Systems [PDF]
, 1989 Summary: A basic result of \textit{H. Bart}, \textit{I. Gohberg} and \textit{M. A. Kaashoek} [Minimal factorization of matrix and operator functions (1979; Zbl 0424.47001)] parametrizes factorizations of the transfer function of a linear system in terms of the state space equations of the system. This paper extends their result to nonlinear systems.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.
