GRAVITATION AND NONLOCALITY [PDF]

2001: A Relativistic Spacetime Odyssey, 2003
The physical basis of the standard theory of general relativity is examined and a nonlocal theory of accelerated observers is described that involves a natural generalization of the hypothesis of locality. The nonlocal theory is confronted with experiment via an indirect approach. The implications of the results for gravitation are briefly discussed.

The excited‐state energy gap (EEG), regulated by the concentration of sp‐hybridized carbon, provides an effective handle for tuning electron–phonon coupling behavior. This design enables long‐lived confinement of hot carriers near the top of the EEG with controllable energy levels.

Fast Calculation for the Flow and Heat Transfer of Tempered Fractional Maxwell Viscoelastic Fluid
