We construct a strong Markov process corresponding to the Dirichlet form of Servadei and Valdinoci and use the process to solve the corresponding Neumann boundary problem for the fractional Laplacian and the half-line.

A flexible metallic metasurface sticker is placed on a dielectric metasurface to study interlayer optical coupling. A bright quadrupolar surface lattice resonance in the top layer and a dark quadrupole mode in the bottom layer hybridize into symmetric and antisymmetric modes.

A comparative study of the optical and polaritonic properties of excitons in hBN‐encapsulated monolayer TMDs close to the homogeneous linewidth is presented. Reflection spectroscopy with transmission‐line modeling enables extraction of the complex permittivities and demonstrate their ability to host surface‐exciton‐polaritons.
