Fast Calculation for the Flow and Heat Transfer of Tempered Fractional Maxwell Viscoelastic Fluid
This study develops a tempered fractional Maxwell model to simulate unsteady thermal flow in viscoelastic fluids, capturing key rheological behaviors. A fast SOE‐based algorithm is proposed to improve the computational efficiency of the numerical scheme. Results reveal how key parameters influence fluid motion and heat transfer, demonstrating the model'

Abstract Background Speckle patterns in ultrasound images often obscure anatomical details, leading to diagnostic uncertainty. Recently, various deep learning‐based techniques have been introduced to effectively suppress speckle; however, their high computational costs pose challenges for low‐resource devices, such as portable ultrasound systems ...

Anisotropic Initial Damage and Its Effect on Tensile Response of Plain Concrete
ABSTRACT Damage is often described as isotropic, implying that a scalar value describes its initial state. However, the prior micro‐cracking pattern at points of an existing building, that is, the initial damage, may be oriented by a preload. The degradation of the Volume Element due to oriented preloads shall be described as anisotropic and ...
