Internationalization and ESG Controversies: Do Foreign Directors on Corporate Boards Matter?
ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship between internationalization and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) controversies, focusing on whether foreign directors on corporate boards influence this relationship. Drawing on resource dependence theory, we argue that internationalization increases ESG controversies due to the complexity of ...

We investigate the existence and uniqueness of a solution for a Sturm–Liouville fractional differential equation with a multi-point boundary condition via the Caputo derivative; existence and uniqueness results for the given problem are obtained via the ...

In this paper we study a new class of boundary value problemsconsisting of a fractional differential inclusion of Riemann-Liouville typeand Hadamard fractional integral conditions. Some new existence results forconvex as well as non-convex multivalued maps are obtained by using standardfixed point theorems. Some illustrative examples are also presented.

A NiII‐acetylide framework, H2TFPP‐Ni‐AF, demonstrates outstanding photocatalytic CO2 reduction performance: 13.16 mmol h−1 g−1 of CO with 97.9% selectivity. Synergistic interactions, including d‐p orbital hybridization within NiII‐bis(acetylide) moieties ( − C ≡ C−NiII(PBu3)2 − C ≡ C − ) and the efficient charge transport afforded by π‐conjugated ...

In this paper, we investigate an inverse time-dependent source problem for a time-fractional diffusion equation with nonlocal boundary and integral over-determination conditions. The fractional derivative is described in the generalized Caputo sense. The
